Quanzhou Kairun Communication Technology Co., Ltd. has a long-term and close cooperative relationship with domestic telecommunications giants such as China Information and Communication Technologies Group (CICT), enabling it to provide advanced networking technology to AED COM Co., Ltd. in Malaysia.

SEDCO is providing operator qualifications, application frequency bands, and all construction land for this collaboration, including but not limited to headquarters building, base station construction, digital center construction, and land for solar power supply.
